SHOP POLICIES
CARDS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
Please note that at this time all cards and announcements come in digital format only for you to print. All photo cards come in either 5x7 or 4x6 sizes. They can be printed on any home printer, on photo paper at any photo lab, or if you prefer cardstock at any print shop. Please let me know if your printer has any specifications (bleed, etc…) that need accommodating. All cards are for personal use only and may not be resold.
TEMPLATES
All cards in my shop are available in template format. They will be emailed to you as a layered psd. file so you must have Photoshop/Photoshop elements to use my templates.
Terms of Use
Templates are for personal use or for use by professional photographers only. They are not for resale and may not be used to create cards for retail sale. Colors, photo layout, and text layers may all be altered on all cards, however changes may not be made to the design itself (basically you cannot add your own design elements to the templates and call the cards your own). I hold the copyright to all designs in my shop.

Individual templates can easily be purchased on Etsy, simply type “Template” in the message to seller section during checkout. If you are interested in purchasing multiple templates contact me with the names and listing numbers of the cards you are interested in and I will email you an invoice reflecting the discounted price.
PAYMENT
Paypal is the only form of payment currently accepted.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled at any time for a full refund prior to your photo/text submission. Items may not be canceled once photos and print information have been submitted to me as I often begin working on proof immediately.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
Currently all cards come in digital format only. Because of this items cannot be returned, therefore all sales are final. I’m more than happy to do multiple revisions before final approval so please contact me if you would like any changes made.
ORDER TIME LINE
Orders take approximately 24-48 hours to complete once photos are submitted. After I receive your photos and information I will email you a proof. If you would like any changes made I will revise the proof and email you a revision for final approval. I am more than happy to make multiple revisions-I want you to be 100% satisfied with the final product. Once final approval is given you will receive a high resolution image in jpeg format for you to print however you choose.
PRINT COLORS
Please note that printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen and will vary from printer to printer. The final color value is dependent upon many factors including the type of printer, color space,weight/type of paper and finish (matte/glossy) used. Whenever possible have a sample card printed before doing a full run to assure that you are 100% satisfied with the color. Please contact me if you would like any adjustments made.
PHOTO EDITING
I will do minor color alterations on photos if you desire. Photos can be converted to black & white, sepia, tinted, lightened, or brightened.
TEXT, FONTS, AND COLORS
Text and fonts on all designs can be changed to your liking. Colors on most (but not all) designs can be altered. If you would like any alterations beyond the norm contact me and I'll let you know what can be done.
COPYRIGHT INFO
By submitting photos to me you are acknowledging that you are the copyright holder, or that you have been given permission by the copyright owner to reproduce/alter photos.
I hold the copyright to all designs in this shop.
